For most items, you will have 30 days to return it. However, there are some items of which we do not accept returns such as stickers, personalized items and digital downloads. If an item is not returnable it is noted in the product description of each item.
The cost of returning an item that is not lost or damaged will be on the purchaser. However, if an item is damaged or lost in transit, we will replace it. To return an item, it must be in the same condition and packaging as you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note that, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted. Shipping is non-refundable.
